Fat Joe Funds 100 Tons Of Supplies To Earthquake Victims In Colombia
Fat Joe and his wife Lorena Cartagena are putting action behind compassion, personally funding two flights carrying approximately 100 tons of humanitarian supplies to families in earthquake-ravaged Colombia. With Lorena’s roots in Pereira, the mission hits close to home proving that sometimes the biggest flex is simply showing up for your people.

Fat Joe and his wife Lorena Cartagena personally funded 2 flights to transport approximately 100 tons of humanitarian supplies to Colombia to support families in Pereira and Armenia affected by the devastating earthquake that took place in August.
The two plane shipments includes essential non-perishable food, first-aid supplies, hygiene products, feminine care products, water, juice, products for young children and other key necessities to provide critical relief to those impacted by the disaster.
The initiative is especially personal for Joe, as Lorena’s family has roots in Pereira, one of the communities most impacted by the earthquake. Through this effort, the couple hopes to help meet the ongoing needs of families and communities still reeling from the disaster.
